How do I place an order?

Placing an order on is easy and safe.

  1. Place an Item in Your Cart: When you see an item you wish to purchase, click the "Add to Cart" button next to the item. This puts the item into your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page where you can view all of the items you have added to your cart. From this page, you can change the quantity of each item you have selected and remove items if you have changed your mind. To shop for more products, click "Continue Shopping."
  2. Begin Checkout: When you are finished shopping, click "Checkout." Review your order on the shopping cart page and then click "Proceed to Checkout." During the checkout process, you will be asked to enter a shipping address, billing address, a shipping method, and payment information.
  3. Submit Your Order: Before you submit your order, you will have the opportunity to review a detailed order summary, including your shipping and billing information, the products to be ordered, and the total order amount. When you are satisfied with it, click "Submit Your Order" to complete the checkout process. Your order will be processed and we will ship your order as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 7 business days to process your order.

How secure is it to order from your site?

We want you to feel completely comfortable when shopping with us. All payments are processed using a technology called Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), that creates a secure shopping environment that authenticates your connection and encrypts sensitive information before it is sent over the Internet. During the checkout process you will be on our secure site designated by the "https" in the address bar instead of the "http" address.

What payment methods can I use to purchase a recycling cart?

  1. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. You can also use a debit card. You also have the option of using your PayPal account to quickly check out.
  2. All of our prices are listed in US dollars.
  3. All orders will be calculated and billed in US dollars.

When is my order charged to my credit card?

Your credit card will be charged after completing your online order.

Will I be charged sales tax?

  1. We will collect sales tax for orders shipped to a Florida address.
  2. Residents of Florida will not be charged sales tax if their order is shipped to another state. Local sales tax rates and applicable laws are subject to change at any time.

What are my shipping options?

We ship throughout the United States via United States Postal Service. During checkout, you will be given the option of shipping with Priority Mail within Florida or Retail Ground outside of Florida. If you are in Sarasota County, you can select Local delivery. Please note that Priority Mail is 1 to 3 days shipping time only. This is from the day the item is shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing.

Where do I find the total shipping cost for my order?

  1. Shipping costs vary. They are calculated by item weight and box dimensions, and the distance the order must be shipped.
  2. Prior to checkout, you can see your shipping charges. Shipping charges are automatically calculated directly from the US Postal Service.
  3. The total shipping cost of your order also appears on the "Review and Submit Your Order" page during checkout.

Do you ship to international (non-U.S.) addresses?

Sorry, we do not.

Can orders be shipped to an address that is different from my billing address?

Yes. Every time you make a purchase, you will have the option to enter a new shipping address during checkout or to choose any shipping address that you previously stored.

What type of confirmation should I expect once I have placed an order?

Shortly after you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received your order. This email will include your order confirmation number, order summary and other information that you might find helpful regarding your order. If you do not receive the email, please check your "junk mail" folder. If you aren't sure if your order whent through, just email us and we can confirm that for you.

How long will it take to get my order?

Our policy is to have ordered items sent to you within 3 to 7 business days.

What if my bins don't fit the cart?

There are many bin sizes supplied by various recycling services. To make sure your bins will fit, please see the supplied measurements and if you are still in doubt, please send us the dimensions for the top of the recycling bins. Usually they are tapered and the bottom is smaller than the top. In order for the bin to fit into the bottom of the cart, we need to have the top measurement.

What is the difference between the 3/4" pipe and the 1" pipe?

The 1" pipe is stronger and more durable and particularly well suited to northern weather, while still able to withstand the heat of Florida. We offer a lifetime warranty on the 1" carts.

Are the recycling carts hard to assemble?

No, our carts are very easy to assemble. In fact, it should only take you about a minute to put it together. We provide instructions for you and the carts are also partially assembled when you receive them. We have put the entire top and bottom together already so there is no need to glue anything or be bothered with tiny parts. Still wondering?
